What exactly is Communism ?...

Hmmm....

Communism is a philosophy, willing to use any violence to citizens, to get their goals across as being a "Classless" society.
It is also a system designed by the rich and powerful to keep the poor in their place.

Who and What was the cause of this epidemic?...

Russians still weren't too sure about the Bolsheviks. Lenin began to advertise slogans such as "Bread, Land, Peace and All Power to the Soviets." To people suffering from famine. In the elections for the Russian Constituent Assembly in late November 1917, only a quarter of voters cast ballots for the Bolsheviks. Lenin then sent armed guards to ban meetings of the democratic representatives. It was virtually impossible for the Russian people to voice their concerns in a democratic way.
The years from 1917 to 1920 became known as "war communism". In 1918, the party was renamed the Russian Communist Party. Lenin put Marx's tenets of belief into practice. This marked the beginning of the Russian Civil War, which lasted from 1918 until 1922. When the war ended, the Soviet Union formed; the Soviet Union included Russia and 15 bordering states.

Animalism

What is going on?

Animals from the farm are being treated wrong by Mr. Jones, the farm owner. The animals at Animal Farm were treated as slaves and they were not giving much in return. The animals were not given food on the regular and some began to starve. The animals took it upon themselves to find their own food. One of the cows from the farm broke into a shed, which had their food, then all the animals helped themselves. Mr. Jones and a couple of his workers, heard all this noise from the shed and went to go settle the noise. As Jones and his men entered the shed to set the animals straight, they found out that the animals were too much to handle. The animals were fighting back and ran Jones and his men out of the farm.

What happens now?

Leaders of this rebellion, Snowball and Napoleon, began to make their own rules. They decide that no animal should associate themselves that reminded them of humans.

The Seven Commandments

1. Whatever goes upon two legs is an enemy
2. Whatever goes upon four legs, or has wings, is a friend
3. No animal shall wear clothes
4. No animal shall sleep in a bed
5. No animal shall drink alcohol
6. No animal shall kill any other animal
7. All animals are equal

The Harvest

The animals started to get ready for a little celebration for how successful the rebellion was. As they prepared their harvest, some of the animals began to notice that cows were not milked for 24 hours. The cows needed to be milked, so Snowball and Napoleon took it upon themselves to get buckets and milk them. Many of the animals did not know what to do with the milk, so Napoleon said they would attend to it later. As the animals finished getting ready for the harvest and returned to the buckets, the milk was gone..
